Senior Associate
Elizabeth Walsh is a member of Howrey's Construction practice. Ms. Walsh focuses on the resolution of construction disputes on both domestic and international projects. She has first-chaired matters through mediation, arbitration, bench trial, and appeal and is versed in all aspects of discovery, including complex electronic document management.
Years in the field as a project engineer with a national construction firm afford Ms. Walsh particular regard for the demands of her construction-industry clients. She provides experienced counsel to clients first entering into contracts, asserting claims and defenses, developing resolution strategies, negotiating settlements, and otherwise obtaining desired relief without resort to formal adversarial proceedings.
