UIA Competition Committee gets new figurehead

“Competition partner Astrid Ablasser-Neuhuber is the new chair of the International Union of Lawyers’ (UIA) Competition Committee.”

“Ablasser-Neuhuber heads the competition practice at bpv Hügel Rechtsanwälte in Vienna. She succeeds Benoît Merkt, who is a partner and head of the competition group at Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. He will continue as vice president of the committee, along with Martina Maier of Howrey LLP in Brussels.
