FCPA InvestigationsOur team includes the former chief of the DOJ Fraud Section and two former Fraud Section attorneys. We have counseled and represented individuals and public companies on both the accounting and anti-bribery provisions of the act in many areas of the world, including Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean and South America.
