Robert Phillips is a trial lawyer and member of Howrey’s Intellectual Property practice group. Mr. Phillips focuses on trademark and copyright litigation in federal and state courts around the country. He also handles inter partes proceedings before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He has substantial experience representing companies with famous brands, as well as emerging businesses in need of intellectual property protection.
