“Delaware federal district court judge Sue Robinson granted summary judgment to Boston Scientific, ruling that four J&J patents for drug-coated stents are invalid. The judge ruled that J&J’s patents failed to meet the statutory written description requirement and were thus invalid. Her decision averts a scheduled February 4 trial.”
“The case brought together an old gang of stent litigators on both sides. Boston Scientific had Howrey.”
