The Environmental, Product & Tort practice draws on the broad experience of Howrey’s Global Litigation Group to address the range of issues that arise in complex tort litigation. We work with Insurance Recovery lawyers who possess extensive experience in a range of consumer product, asbestos, environmental contamination and toxic exposure cases. We also team with regulatory and technical experts from Howrey’s consulting affiliate, CapAnalysis.
