Center for Biological Diversity Will Invest $17 million in Plaintiff Litigation Based on Global Warming Theories

The Center for Biological Diversity has announced the launch of its San Francisco-based Climate Law Institute. The Institute is intended to bring a strong climate focus to the Center’s mission – in what the Center calls a “coordinated strategy” to address the “sweeping and potentially catastrophic effects of warming.” The Center states that it is dedicating $17 million to this effort over the next five years.
