Ms. McCallum has practiced in the firm’s antitrust and commercial litigation practice since 1995. The focus of her practice at Howrey has been complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts concerning antitrust, breach of contract, fraud, insurance recovery and business torts. Ms. McCallum has also been actively involved in litigating the appropriateness of class certification in several cases. Her litigation and counseling experience have occurred both at the trial and appellate court levels.
Additionally, she served as an adjunct faculty member in Vanderbilt Law School’s legal writing program.
In 2005 Ms. McCallum was awarded the ABA Pro Bono Publico Award “for extraordinary contributions for legal services to those who cannot afford representation.”
